Life Care Services™, An LCS Company, has started construction on a 206 unit Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care Rental Community within District West. The $70 Million facility is scheduled to open in 2017, and is on located on the south side of Bellaire directly east of Peek Road. Bellaire is also undergoing construction for connecting access to the east as well as widing the street to a four land boulevard. LCS is the third healthcare related company to develop within District West, and we are excited they are underway.
